The 12R Series II Radio provides onboard voice and data communications for freight and transit rail applications. Fully compliant with the FCC mandate for narrow band operation by January 1, 2013, these radios facilitate dispatch-to-train communications, with wide band operation today and narrow band operation tomorrow. The form, fit and function of the 12R Series II radio is compatible with existing AAR compliant radio installation. Accessories include handsets, microphones and low-profile antennas as well as enclosures, mounting systems and cabling.
