The GE Transportation booth at InnoTrans 2016 featured demonstrations of GoLINCTM and the Intelligent Inspection Management system.

At InnoTrans 2016, GE Transportation demonstrated and explained two of its latest innovations: GoLINC and the Intelligent Inspection Management system.

GoLINCTM is a network, communication, and application management platform for the railroad environment. In collaboration with Intel, we announced a “superbrain” platform solution for locomotives that transforms them into mobile data headquarters, which will help make trains smarter and faster.

Our Intelligent Inspection Management system uses a drone to assist with collecting, analyzing and fusing data across the enterprise to track inspection of railroad lines for greater operational efficiency, speed, and safety.
